Guest Accomodations

If you have close family coming from out of town, you'll want to help them with accommodations. Especially if you have guests that will be coming in from other countries, you can make things a little easier for them by getting the reservations set.

Locate a hotel in your area, or several in a range of prices, and ask to speak to someone about special group rates. Many hotels will offer special reduced rates to your guests. After you've negotiated the reduced rates, give your guests the contact information. Especially include any instructions for getting the reduced rate when they make the reservation.

Make maps, or send links to maps on yahoo or google maps so that your guests won't have to worry about getting lost on the way to your happy celebration.

With proper planning, suitable accomodation arrangements are possible, while providing convenient locations close to both the quinceanera church ceremony and the reception.
