Everything About Do It Yourself Photography and Video

Taking Your Own Photos and Videos of Your Quinceanera

If you find that you can't afford both the quince video and photos, pick the one that appeals to you most and have a friend of decent amateur do the other. If you select a professional quinceanera video, set out lots of disposable cameras and ask guests to take shots for you throughout the event. Be sure that you ask at least one person with a decent camera to show up and take pictures. Even someone with very little experience but a nice camera can capture enough good photos to fill a scrapbook or quince album.

If you choose the photographer, be sure that someone shows up with a video camera to tape the event. Many ordinary folks now have great video and camera equipment and know how to use computer programs to edit their own videos and photos. If you know someone like this, perhaps you can offer to pay them a small fee for helping with your event. Even if it's not professional quality, you'll get something better than a wobbly, choppy video where the sound is poor.
