Rental Equipment for the Reception

Once you have chosen a caterer and a reception location and spoken to the musicians and entertainers, make a list of all equipment that will not be provided by anyone else. You'll need to contact a party rental place to provide you with these items. Be sure that someone is provided all of the following items and that you are very clear on who will provide them:

• Candelabra
• Chair for the Quinceanera Presentation of High Heels
• Bar Equipment
• Serving Trays, Bowls, Platters, Pitchers, Baskets
